Twin Hickory, the amenities are all within walking

lighted tennis courts. The Lake House is the
center of activity for events for residents of all ages,
including fall festivities, spring fling, July 4th
parade and much more! Homeowners are also welcome
to use the facility for special events.

family on a literary adventure? Soon you will be
able to take a walk over to the new community library
and peruse away. This state-of-the-art regional

Shady Grove YMCA is just inside Twin Hickory, with
outdoor fields, weight rooms, exercise areas, and
an
extensive array of fitness programs. If your
children are into soccer, they can follow the trails to
the Striker Soccer Complex, where more than 3,500
children kick up their spikes every year.

located within the community, so it’s not surprising to
see kids walking or riding their bikes to school.
Short Pump Middle School is also conveniently located
nearby, as well as Henrico County’s J.R. Tucker High

Modifications Reminder
Any improvements pertaining to the exterior appearance
of homes and properties are subject to the Modifications
Committee reviews. These modifications include, but are
not limited to: fences, additions, sheds, play
structures, vegetable gardens, and exterior color
changes.
In addition to a completed property
improvement application, please attach the following as
applicable:

Plot plan with proposed modification(s) to
approximate scale with dimensions
-
Complete description (photos/drawings) as to
construction design, materials (types and sizes) and
color/finish
-
Floor plan, elevation, section drawing
(i.e. footings)
Applications must be received by noon on Thursday prior
to a Modifications Committee meeting.
